The Teamsters Union has put organizing at the very top of its agenda. The Union's national organizing program serves as the foundation for rebuilding its membership. The Union now has coordination throughout every level to take on global, national and regional employers, and leveraging all of its resources to be succesful.

Forming a union at your workplace gives you and your co-workers the power to stand up for your families, your futures and yourselves. Through a legal, binding contract it gives you a strong, collective voice with which to demand decent working conditions, with fair pay and benefits.
